Vakhtang Tsintsadze has been a board member of Geostat since November of 2021.
Tsintsadze has many years’ experience of working in the private as well as in public sector. He worked in finance sector until 2009 year, while in 2009-2022 years he held different positions at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, since 2022 Tsintsadze has been holding the post of a Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. Vakhtang Tsintsadze is a Master of Business Administration and a doctoral student of Public Administration of the Georgian Technical University. He has completed successfully “Leaders Program in Advanced Security Studies” at George Marshall Center and various courses on economics of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He participated actively in the process of development of the reforms on substantial economic issues, including: concept development of pension reform (second pillar) and evaluation/analysis of the economic effects of the reform; drawing up of the concept and legislative framework for public-private partnership; development of legislative framework within the scope of insolvency reform; development of accessibility mechanisms on finances – drawing up of the design of a credit guarantee scheme; development of mechanisms of alternative financing – contribution to the drafting of concept of leasing development and factoring legislation, etc. 
He is proficient in English and Russian languages. 
He has a spouse and three children.
