Terms and Conditions
- Geostat, as a legal entity of public law, is authorized to receive income from economic activities and to charge users for the providing statistical information obtained beyond the statistical activity program. The abovementioned tariffs are determined by Resolution # 23 of November 22, 2010 of the Board of Geostat.
Refund policy
- If the service provided by Geostat is incomplete and / or does not comply with the user's requirements and the user has already paid for the service, Geostat shall promptly complete the information and, if this is not possible, refund the fee to the account specified by the user.
Confidentiality policy
- In accordance with the Law on Official Statistics and the Law on Personal Data Protection, Geostat ensures the confidentiality of personal information provided by the client (user).
