International workshop on the Production of Statistics on Asset Ownership from a Gender Perspective is held on June 25 – 27, in Tbilisi. The workshop is organized by the United Nations Statistics Division with the support of National Statitistices Office of Georgia. 
The methodological Guidelines on the Production of Statistics on Asset Ownership from a Gender Perspective prepared by United Nationals Statistical Divison and partner organizations will be discussed at the workshop. Lessens learned from the seven countries including Georgia, where the pilot surveys on asset ownership have been already conducted, will be shared together with the reports presented by the participant countries. 
The workshop is attended by the staff members of National Statistics Offices of 12 countries as well as international experts from the United Nations Statistics Division, the Food and Agriculture Organization and Asia Development Bank.
