Mr. Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of Geostat hosted the representatives from the Embassy of China. The Chinese side was leaded by Mr. Wan Lianpo, the Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of China in Georgia.
The representatives of Chinese side expressed the desire of future cooperation with Geostat at the meeting. On the other hand, Mr. Todradze, Executive Director expressed full readiness with regards to information support as well as issues in the competency of the Office.
In recent time, trade-economic relations between Georgia and China characterizes tendency of growth, especially after Free Trade Agreement with China.
The Parties agreed on future cooperation that will support deepening the trade and economic relations between two countries, as well as regular exchange of statistical information.
