The meeting with the Gambling Business Association and representatives of gambling business was held at National Statistics Office of Georgia. During the meeting, Mr. Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of Geostat presented the methodology of calculation of statistical indicators of enterprises engaged in gambling activities. According to Mr. Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of Geostat, such informational meetings are very important as they facilitate the close cooperation and the exchange of necessary information between the parties.
In the framework of the meeting, held at Geostat, parties agreed on future cooperation and discussed the methodological issues and improvement of data quality related to gambling.
