Within the framework of the EU funded Twining project, National Statistics Office of Georgia hosts another mission on May 20 -23. The Danish experts will hold the meetings with the staff of Business Statistics Department.
The mission aims to plan the necessary activities for Business Statistics, in particular short-term business statistics indicators development, Statistical business register improvement and Tourism Satellite Accounts (TSA) development.
During the mission, the expert will study the methods used in business statistics, assess the current problems and possible risks as well as work on future plans in order to develop the above-mentioned sector, improve the existing methods and to ensure alignment with the EU standards.
