The Memorandum of Understanding between the National Statistics Office of Georgia and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Mr. Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of the National Statistics Office of Georgia and Mr. Jaba Samushia the Rector of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
As a result of signed document, University students will undergo educational practice at Geostat which will help them to deepen their knowledge and improve their practical skills. According to Mr. Gogita Todradze, it is important such kind of cooperation with the Universities.
According to Mr. Todradze the Memorandum of Understanding contributes the students’ active involvements in GEOSTAT activities, and on the other hand, the National Statistics Office is given the opportunity to create employment perspective for excellent students
The main objective of purpose of the memorandum is to promote the raising of students' qualifications and development of professional skills through the joint efforts and support of the parties.
