The National Statistics Office of Georgia, within the framework of the financial and technical support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), conducts a Job Tasks and Skills Survey.
In this regard, from January 10 to January 12, up to 160 field staff of Geostat will undergo large-scale training.
The goal of the survey is to produce internationally comparable data on the tasks to be performed on the job and the skills required to perform it.
The survey allows the collection of data on employee engagement in various activities, work location, remote work, use of online platforms, and adaptation to new technologies.
The survey will be conducted in the first quarter of 2024, and up to 8,000 respondents will be interviewed across the country.
