Prime Minister has appointed Gogita Todradze on the Executive Director’s position at National Statistics Office of Georgia. 
Gogita Todradze has been selected on the vacant position of the Board of the Geostat through competition. On May 7, The Board of the Geostat selected him as the Head of the Board and presented his nomination on the Executive Director’s position to the Prime Minister. 
Gogita Todradze holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics (spciality Statistics) and Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence. He also possesses PhD in Economics (speciality Statistics) since 2006. 
Gogita Todradze has a valuable experience of work at Geostat. He has been working on different positions at Geostat since 2002. He was the Head of Business Statistics Division in 2010-2016 and the Deputy Executive Director since 2016. He has been teaching in different universities since 2009. 
The Executive Director of Geostat is appointed for 4 years by the Prime Minister of Georgia.
