On 31 July, 2015 the representatives of National Statistics Office of Georgia met with the members of the Business Association.
During the meeting members of the Business Association were informed about ongoing projects and future plans of Geostat. The sides discussed the amendments in Law, issues of business statistics, Foreign Direct Investments, survey methodology, etc.
According to the statement of Executive Director of Geostat, National Statistics Office of Georgia continues to hold meetings with the users of statistical information. Business companies are actively demanding statistical information mentioned Ms. Meri Daushvili. Moreover, the information provided by them is the main source of Business Statistical Surveys. The Constant dialogue and active cooperation with the business ensures improvement of Business Statistics.
The meeting was held in the office of Georgian Business Association and were attended with the representatives of large companies.
