The meeting of permanent interagency working group was held on the issues of quality management in National Statistical Office of Georgia. According to the management, the main objective of the meeting was supporting the development of national statistical system and improving the quality of producing statistics. The members of invited interagency working group acquainted with the activities of Geostat for the objective of improving the quality of processes in producing statistics and harmonizing with international standards. The group members were also informed about the perspectives of developing national statistical system.
