25th of July is Georgian Statistics Day. The date is associated with commencement of producing official statistics in Georgia. The first Statistics Office was established just on July 25th of 1919, while the first Charter “on Georgian State Statistics” was approved in 1921. This year National Statistics Office of Georgia celebrates the 97th anniversary. 

National Statistics Office of Georgia congratulates the Statisticians on the Statistics day and wishes them professional success. High professionalism of Statisticians represents a precondition for social-economic development of the country.

An active communication with users and respondents is an important priority for Geostat, which ensures producing high quality and precise statistical data. 

Regarding the Georgian Statistics Day, the National Statistics Office of Georgia awarded with special certificates the successful employees and the best business companies providing information.
